“PURIFIED WATER AVAILABLE FOR EVERYBODY”

          Project title reflects the two principal objectives that our company strives to achieve, that is, to bottle high-quality purified drinking water that at the same time has to be available to everybody.

Purified drinking water “Viaţă Bună” makes a long, arduous and expensive way, mandatory passing through 10 obligatory stages of production and monitoring from the source to the final consumer.

  1. The process of extracting and primary control is the first stage at which water begins its ascent.

The water is carefully extracted from our own artesian 176-meter-deep well and then the steel pipes carry it to the filtering station. The primary control implies the daily testing of the organoleptic and physicochemical qualities, and the weekly control of its microbiological characteristics.

  1. A key role pertains to the technological equipment which is installed in the filtering station by the German manufacturer „CHRIWA” and which grants the transition of the water to the next step.

The water from the well is firstly subjected to the process of removing the gases dissolved in it, in particular hydrogen sulfide, so as to remove foreign odors. Ascending to this stage the water necessarily goes through organoleptic testing to control the efficiency of the preceding stage.

  1. Quartz sand filter presents the next stage of the purification process.

 It is a stage of coarse filtration, where both visible solid particles and the compounds of iron and manganese are removed from the water. The water is systematically tested at the output of the filter.

  1. The process of ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration involves retaining the colloidal and suspended particles more than 10 micrometers in size. The control of the organoleptic, physicochemical and microbiological characteristics is also ensured at this stage.

  1. Reverse osmosis

Reverse osmosis process through which water passes is actually the process of demineralization performed using a filter with semi-permeable membrane with a size of 0.1nm. Water parameters are monitored daily.

  1. For the final product to acquire the optimum balance of minerals the water ascends to one more step.

It is the stage at which water that has gone through the process of ultrafiltration and the water that has passed through the reverse osmosis mix together respecting the properties required by the technological instruction and confirmed by the results of the physicochemical and organoleptic control of each portion of the product.

  1. Sterilization process

The ultraviolet sterilizer ensures the purification of water according to the microbiological standards. Microbiological control of water at this stage of purification is obligatory.

  1. The road of water through the filtering station ends, but it continues in the bottling section.

The purified drinking water is bottled in clean containers of various capacities. The control of each batch of the final product is performed in the certified laboratory of the enterprise.

  1. The stage of the “Viaţă Bună” purified drinking water quality verification

Despite the fact that the water is tested in the laboratory of the enterprise, the quality of the final product is periodically controlled in the accredited external laboratories.

  1. The final stage of “Viaţă Bună” pure drinking water will be completed outside the enterprise.

Consumer accessibility to high-quality purified drinking water is ensured by the company’s sales department.
